Ever walked through thick, wild gorse on a hot day as its sultry scent of coconut and vanilla wash over you? It is a wonderful feeling.

Gorse is an evergreen perennial shrub covered in thorns and yellow flowers and is native to Scotland and Western Europe.

In cosmetics, gorse extract has been associated with anti-ageing thanks to its skin firming and tightening effects. The gorse used in this soap is wild-harvested from across the UK and distilled to form an extract.
