Saying thank you is such an important part of your big day. My handmade, handwritten, personalised gifts are a great way to thank your wedding guests, the wedding party and family and friends who have helped make your day totally special.
I hand make this gift to order in my workshop in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland. Because the gift is handwritten, it can say exactly what you want it to.
Making each heart follows a basic process. After two coats of Farrow and Ball paint, it is then sanded and buffed to a create a smooth finish perfect for writing on. Next, I decorate the heart with words and designs. The font I use is completely my own, developed over the years especially for my products. Everything is done by hand, I never use stamps or stencils. The heart is then given a coat of satin spray varnish, to ensure the colours stay fresh and vibrant. Finally, it is tied with jute string and decorated with a ribbon bow.
Your heart will arrive through the post in an envelope box, like a love letter, but with a Scottish twist. If you wish to order a few of these hearts, please drop me an email as I do offer discounts on large orders.
