Unlike machine printed personalised gifts, every heart we make is 100% handwritten and hand finished. We can even add your own message to the back of the heart, for no extra cost, to make your gift even more personal and special.

We paint and sand every heart before beginning to write. Our Billiedoo script has been developed and perfected over the years. It is clear and easy to read, unlike some other calligraphic scripts. The hearts are given a light coat of satin varnish after writing, to keep the colours fresh and prevent fading. These are lifelong keepsakes after all!
Ordering is easy! Just click on this gift to add it to your cart and fill in the family names using the boxes provided. At this point you can choose to have your own personal message added to the back of the heart, if you would like.
This heart measures 15cm by 10cm by 0.6cm and is cut from MDF. It is lightweight and looks great hung round the neck of a special bottle, for example. If your friends live a distance away from you, this heart also makes a perfect gift to post. We can post it directly to the family – just put their address in the shipping box instead of your own. Their heart will arrive packaged in an envelope, our Scottish love letter.
